The Hess Art Museum in Napa is comprised of two floors highlighting a quarter of the international collection in acquisition since 1966.

The first floor museum is approximately 4,000 square feet and contains a combination of, African, American, Asian and European contemporary art. Artists shown on this floor include Leopoldo Maler, Ouattara Watts, Yue Minjun, Lynn Hershman Leeson, Morris Louis, Katsura Funakoshi, Howard Mehring, Robert Motherwell, Theodoros Stamos, Frank Stella, Anselm Kiefer, Per Kirkeby, Andy Goldsworthy and The Boyle Family.

The second floor museum, at just over 7,000 square feet continues the international focus of the Hess Art Collection. Artists whose works are exhibited here include Markus Raetz, Lynn Hershman Leeson, Francis Bacon, Armando, Robert Rauschenberg, Bruce Robbins, Robilee Frederick, Magdalena Abakanowicz, Franz Gertsch and Hifumi Ogawa.
